Teaching experience:

Associate Professor Oryol N.M. (Arol) has been working at the Department of Biochemistry of the Belarusian State University since October 1971. In 1981 she defended her thesis in the specialty 03. 00. 04 Biochemistry, in 1988 she was awarded the status of associate professor. Currently, for students of the first stage of higher education, she gives lectures on the following subjects: "Biochemistry", "Functional biochemistry", "Biotransformation of substances", "Biochemical ecology and environmental monitoring"; she provides training for master’s students of the Faculty of Biology in the disciplines "Biochemistry of vitamins", "Biochemistry of membranes and intercellular communications".

Under the leadership of Oryol N.M. were defended 312 coursework, 183 theses and 4 master's theses, 4 works were presented at the Republican review competition of student researches, students of the specialty “Biochemistry” undergo the internship.

To ensure the learning process to all the lectures were created multimedia presentations; educational-methodical complexes for the disciplines "Biochemistry", "Functional biochemistry" and the electronic educational-methodical complex "Biochemical ecology and environmental monitoring"; 9 educational and teaching-methodical manuals were prepared and published (7 in co-authorship): “Biochemistry of Lipids”, “Biochemistry: Laboratory Practicum” “Biochemistry: Student Handbook”, “Biochemistry in Schemes and Tables”, “Structural Biochemistry”, “Structural and metabolic biochemistry: practical work"," Tests, exercises, tasks in biochemistry ","Practical work in biochemistry","Functional biochemistry, part 1".

- Supervised four research topics of the State program of scientific researches “Electronics and Photonics”. More than 137 scientific and methodological papers have been published.

Oryol N.M. has repeatedly been the chairman of the jury of the city tour of the Olympiad and the online Olympiad of biology for schoolchildren in Minsk; Member of the jury of the Republican round of biology for schoolchildren Olympiad; Chairman of the jury of the BSU biology students Olympiad.

- Member of the Council and Methodological Commission of the Faculty of Biology, member of the editorial board of the scientific and methodical journal "Biology and Chemistry", member of the examination commissions of the entrance exams for magistracy and postgraduate studies, and the candidate examination in biochemistry.

- Chairman of the trade union of the Faculty of Biology, member of the trade union committee of workers of the BSU.

Scientific, pedagogical and social activities of Oryol N.M. are awarded: Certificate of merit from the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science (2003); Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2007); Gratitude of the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee (2008); Gratitude of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science (2008); Gratitude of the Chairman of the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee (2009); Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2011). Repeatedly awarded diplomas and certificates of honor of the Belarusian State University. In 2012 she was awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of the Belarusian State University”. In 2016 she was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus "Excellence in Education".
